Basic Climbing Course

Calling All Students!!

The BoeAlps Basic Climbing Class (BCC) is a great opportunity to learn the skills that are necessary for basic competence in alpine travel. This course covers at an introductory level everything from proper clothing and route finding to glacier travel and crevasse rescue. If you are new to the outdoors or have outdoor experience but lack the training to go with it, then this course is a must for you!

Orientation is in the 2-22 building (by Boeing Field) at 7 PM on Wednesday, February 20, 2008. Classes are taught on Wednesday evenings from 2/27/08 - 5/28/08, with weekend outings from March through May.

Cost of class is $250 for members, $300 for non-members, membership is $25.
